This Cookie Policy explains how Catalyst47 Consulting Group, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on catalyst47.com (the "Website"). It supplements our Website Privacy Policy. It does not govern cookies placed on third-party websites or processing under a separate client agreement.
1 Who operates the Website
Catalyst47 Consulting Group, Inc. operates the Website from 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Suite 2453, New York, NY 10013, USA. Tarkus AI Labs Private Limited is a separate India sister concern that may provide authorised website administration or enquiry support from WeWork, Berger Delhi One, 19th Floor, C-01/A, Sector 16B, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. It does not become the Website operator merely because it provides that support.
2 What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on a browser or device. A session cookie normally expires when the browser is closed. A persistent cookie remains until its stated expiry or earlier deletion. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts and identifiers that store information on, or access information from, a device.
These technologies can support security, routing, user choices, performance measurement, embedded content or advertising. Device access and any related processing of personal information are separate legal questions. Where applicable law requires consent for device access, another legal basis for related personal-data processing does not replace that consent requirement.
3 Technologies we use
Catalyst47 uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies through the Website’s consent banner. We do not use advertising pixels, social-media tracking cookies or cookies for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell Website personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Hosting, security or content-delivery infrastructure may use strictly necessary storage or similar technologies to deliver and protect the Website.
The categories below describe our permitted Website configuration. A technology will not be treated as strictly necessary merely because it is useful to Catalyst47. If we add a non-essential technology, we will update the Website’s consent controls and disclosures before activating it where prior consent is required.

4 Current cookie details
If analytics consent is accepted, Google Analytics 4 may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> first-party cookies to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Google states that these cookies ordinarily expire after up to two years, subject to browser settings and Google’s service configuration. The Website stores the visitor’s analytics choice in local storage under c47_analytics_consent_v1 until the visitor changes the choice or clears browser storage. Strictly necessary names and durations can vary with the hosting or security service and its deployment configuration.
Technical server logs that do not store information on, or access information from, your device are not cookies. They may still contain personal information, such as an IP address, and are covered by the Website Privacy Policy.
5 Consent and your choices
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies must remain inactive until you make a clear choice. Consent is requested by purpose and is not inferred merely from visiting, scrolling or continuing to use the Website. Refusing optional technologies should be as accessible as accepting them, and optional choices must not be pre-selected.
If a cookie-settings control appears on the Website, you can use it to change or withdraw a choice at any time. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent a requested feature from working or may cause your choice to be requested again.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, we process a legally recognised browser-based opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, as required. Because we do not sell Website personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is currently no such Website activity to stop. A legacy browser Do Not Track signal is different from a legally recognised opt-out preference signal and does not change our stated practices.
6 Third party content and providers
Google provides Google Analytics 4 when analytics consent is accepted. Other providers acting for us may operate strictly necessary infrastructure or an optional Website feature enabled with the required controls. We assess each provider’s role and apply appropriate contractual and data-transfer safeguards. A provider must not repurpose information merely because its technology appears on our Website where law or its contract with us prohibits that use.
A link that takes you away from the Website does not cause Catalyst47 to control cookies on the destination site. Embedded content can allow its provider to receive device or interaction information. We will identify and gate non-essential embedded technologies where applicable, but the provider’s own notice may also apply once you choose to load or visit its service.
7 Personal information and international processing
A cookie or similar identifier may be personal information when it identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or can reasonably be linked to a person, household or device. Our Website Privacy Policy explains the purposes and legal bases for Website processing, recipients, retention criteria, security measures, international transfers and available rights.
Website information may be processed in the United States and accessed in India by authorised Tarkus personnel providing support. Any transfer subject to GDPR Chapter V requires an applicable transfer mechanism and related safeguards. Affiliation between Catalyst47 and Tarkus is not itself a transfer mechanism.
8 Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this policy when the Website, providers or legal requirements change. We revise the date above and provide additional notice or request fresh consent before a material change where required. A policy update does not convert an earlier refusal into consent.
9 Contact and privacy requests
